REACHING
REACHING is the first main focus of The Celebration's Mission Statement. We believe that Jesus came into this world to REACH out to those around him with the love, joy, and hope that only God can offer. As a church family we believe that is to be our goal in the Brandon community and in the world yet today. "Reaching" takes many different forms. Check out this area to see some of the different ways The Celebration Church family is REACHING out to the world. We hope you'll join us as we seek to live out our mission by reaching out to those who don't yet have a church home or a connection to God.
Our REACHING out to the community and the world around us takes on many different forms in the life of our church family. Below is a list of just a few of the ways we seek to REACH out to our world;
- Upbeat Sunday Morning Worship
- Developing Children’s and Youth Ministries
- Supporting the Brandon Food Bank
- Hosting events that are of a positive benefit to the community
- Serving the Banquet in Sioux Falls
- Serving the “Canteen Meals” in Sioux Falls
- Sending Mission Teams to points of need in the region
- Being a positive presence in the Brandon Community
Here at The Celebration REACHING isn’t just about doing things, it is also about an attitude within us. Our church family is encouraged to find ways, big or small, in their daily lives to reach out to those around them with the light and hope of God’s love.
